The TPSM82850x-Q1 devices are a family of pin-to-pin compatible, 1A and 2A automotive high-efficiency synchronous step-down DC/DC power modules with integrated inductors. The devices use a fixedfrequency peak current-mode control topology. These modules work in automotive applications requiring high power density and ease of use. Low-resistance switches allow up to 2A continuous output current at high ambient temperatures.
