The Texas Instruments TPS43351EVM evaluation module (EVM) helps designers evaluate the operation and performance of the TPS43351 Low Iq, Dual Synchronous Buck Controller.

  • Two Synchronous Buck Controllers
  • Input Range up to 40V, (transients up to 60V)
  • Low Power Mode Iq: 30uA (one Buck on), 35uA (two Bucks on)
  • Low Shutdown Current Ish < 4uA
  • Programmable frequency and External Synchronization Range: 150kHz to 600kHz
  • Separate Enable Inputs (ENA, ENB)
  • Selectable Forced Continuous Mode or Automatic Low Power Mode at Light Loads
  • Out-of-Phase Switching between Buck Channels
  • Peak Gate Drive Current 1.5 A
  • Frequency Spread Spectrum
  • Thermally Enhanced Package - 38-Pin HTSSOP (DAP) with PowerPad
  • Qualified for Automotive
