Overview

DP83826-EVM-AM2 is an industrial Ethernet PHY add-on board to be used with AM2x series Sitara™ high-performance microcontroller evaluation modules. This add-on board is ideal for initial Ethernet evaluation and prototyping using AM2x EVMs. DP83826-EVM-AM2 is equipped with a TI DP83826 low latency 10/100Mbps PHY with MII interface and enhanced mode, and a standard RJ45 Ethernet networking connector. DP83826-EVM-AM2 is currently supported on TMDSCNCD263P and the AM263Px MCU PLUS SDK.

Thank you for your interest in the AM261x Industrial Communications Software Development Kit (SDK). This software accelerates application development schedules by eliminating the need to create basic system software functions from scratch.

  • This SDK contains examples, libraries and tools to develop RTOS-based Industrial Communication, Fieldbus, and networking applications on PRU-ICSS.
  • The exact content of the SDK depends on the capabilities of the device, but all devices share common APIs and build on existing proven software components to ensure reliability and quality.
  • The software components are fully tested to ensure that they work together with TI’s Code Composer Studio integrated development environment.
  • It is required to install the exact MCU+ SDK package referenced above.

What's new

  • The MCU+ SDK is not packaged inside the Industrial Communications SDK anymore. You need to install the exact MCU+SDK package referenced above.
  • PROFINET Isochronous 250 us mode support. (premium feature)
  • PROFINET MRPD support. (premium feature)
